Bill H.1201

Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “incident” in line 227, the following sentence:- Driving a motor vehicle which has an expired inspection sticker shall not be considered a surchargeable incident.
