Bill H.1407

“Notwithstanding the foregoing, the division shall ensure that its contracted health insurers, health plans, health maintenance organizations, behavioral health management firms and third party administrators under contract with MassHealth shall reimburse all network inpatient behavioral health providers not less than the MassHealth fee for service per diem rate for inpatient behavioral health care".
