Bill H.1430

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all public institutions of higher education, as set forth in section 5 of chapter 15A of the General Laws, shall, no later than September 1, 2027, develop and adopt written policies and procedures to accept in full all appropriate college credits earned by students in advanced placement courses who have successfully completed these courses, and have achieved proficient advanced placement test scores to satisfy these credits.
