Bill H.1503

SECTION 1. Section 30 of Chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (g) the following subsection:-

(h) The executive office shall conduct comprehensive criminal background checks on all program applicants, utilizing all relevant state and federal information systems, including the criminal offender record information system.
