Bill H.1512

Section 3A of chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following words at the end of paragraph (b):

“Provided, however, a housing authority as defined in section 1 of chapter 121B of the general laws shall not be subject to the provisions of this section.”
