SECTION

1. Section 7 of chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “concentrate” in paragraph 1 of subsection (a) the following sentence:-

“, not more than 10mgs of THC per serving of marijuana beverage or tincture products, and not more than 100mgs of THC per package of the marijuana beverage or tincture product;”
