Bill H.188

Section 4 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “health”, in line 266, the following words:- ; (15) a prohibition on advertising by dispensaries that operate exclusively outside of the commonwealth.
