SECTION 1.

Section 4 of Chapter 151B is hereby amended by striking, in line 568 to 569, the words “or rental accommodations” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“, rental accommodations, or home sales”

SECTION 2.

Section 4 of Chapter 151B is hereby amended by inserting, in line 571, after the word “tenant” the following words:-

“or prospective homebuyer”

SECTION 3.

Section 4 of Chapter 151B is hereby amended by striking, in line 572, the words “or rental supplements” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“, rental supplements or downpayment assistance”
