Bill H.2045

SECTION 2 of Chapter 201D, of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by inserting at the end of section 2:- The proxy shall remain in effect and not be revoked due to death of the principal until 6 months from the time of the principal has deceased.
