Bill H.2182

SECTION 1. Section 1A of chapter 151 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “for a work week longer than forty hours, unless such employee receives compensation for his employment in excess of forty hours” and inserting in place thereof the following: -

for a work week longer than forty hours or for a work day longer than eight hours, unless such employee receives compensation for his employment in excess of forty hours per week or in excess of eight hours per day.
