Bill H.2187

Section 22 of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence the following:-

The department of unemployment assistance shall maintain, as part of its online unemployment benefits portal, a status bar on every individual’s profile displaying the progress of the applicant’s claim. The department shall determine which milestones in the review process shall be displayed.
