Bill H.2476

Notwithstanding any general or special rule to the contrary, the treasurer shall transfer a total of $1,500,000 from the Board of Registration in Medicine Trust Fund established in section 35M of chapter 10 of the General Laws to the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety and Medical Error Reduction, to support implementation of the roadmap to health care safety for Massachusetts, including a pilot program of electronic health record safety event monitoring and a statewide program of health care safety education.
