SECTION 1. Section 21 of chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. Section 22 of chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. Section 49 of chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. Section 71 of chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby repealed.
