SECTION 1. Section 16 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by deleting subsection 121(a)(v) from the definition of “Assault-style firearm.”

SECTION 2. Section 16 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by striking subsection 121(b)(iv) from the definition of “Assault-style firearm.”
