Bill H.2756

Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end of subsection Eighteenth B in the definition of “Legislative Body,” the following sentence:- The legislative body for retirement boards shall be the retirement board itself for those matters over which it has independent control.
