Bill H.281

Section 2 of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

(E) The department shall make a minimum payment of $100 per month to individuals over 60 years of age and individuals with a disability who participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program.
