Bill H.284

Chapter 123B of the General Laws as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding the following

Section 1A:

Caseload Ratio for DDS Human Service Coordinators.

The Department of Developmental Services shall establish a caseload ratio 55:1 for Human Service Coordinators A/B, D and 6:1 for Human Service Coordinator C no later than January 1, 2026.
