Bill H.2921

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding sections 65C and 65D of chapter 32 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, Mary McCabe, associate justice of the Haverhill district court, may name her daughter Anna McCabe as her survivor beneficiary, in lieu of a spouse.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect as of October 29, 2023.
