Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Authority”, in line 297, the following words:- ; any public safety officer, police officer or public safety official of the department of mental health, department of public health or department of developmental services.
