SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 117A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

In addition to any other payment, the department shall pay a sum of $30 per month for the purchase of diapers to a recipient for each dependent child, as defined in section 1 of chapter 118.

SECTION 2. Section 2 of chapter 118 of the General Laws, as amended by section 1 of chapter 11 of the acts of 2019, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:-

In addition to any other payment, the department shall pay a sum of $30 per month for the purchase of diapers to a parent for each dependent child.
