Bill H.3100

Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (u) and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-

(u) Sale of a motor vehicle purchased by or leased to and for the use of a person who has been determined by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to have a permanent service-connected disability. This exemption shall apply to 1 motor vehicle only owned or leased and registered for the personal, noncommercial use of such person.
