Bill H.3341

Subsection (a) of Section 61 of Chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “businesses” the following words:-

such SDO certification being effective for three years before recertification by the SDO. Any change in status that would leave the business in non-compliance shall be reported by the business to the SDO within 30 days of said status change.
