Bill H.3412

Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 15CCCCCCC the following section:-

Section 15DDDDDDD. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart September 20th as LGBTQ+ Veterans Day, to celebrate lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) veterans who have honorably served in the U.S. Armed Forces throughout the nation’s history and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
