Bill H.3490

SECTION 1. Chapter 179 of the acts of 2022, as amended by chapter 268 of the acts of 2022, is hereby further amended by striking out section 46.

SECTION 2. Subsection (a) of section 81 of said chapter 179 is hereby amended by striking out the words: “(iii) cessation, by December 31, 2035, of in-state sales of non-zero-emission vehicles; and (iv) advancement of access to, and affordability of, electric vehicle charging and fueling,” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- and (iii) advancement of access to, and affordability of, electric vehicle charging and fueling.

SECTION 3. Said chapter 179, as so amended, is hereby further amended by striking out section 96.
