SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 24, the figure “9” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 11.

SECTION 2. The first paragraph of section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 24, the figure “11” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 13.

SECTION 3. The first paragraph of section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 24, the figure “13” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 15.

SECTION 4. The first paragraph of section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 30, the figure “9” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 11.

SECTION 5. The first paragraph of section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 30, the figure “11” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 13.

SECTION 6. The first paragraph of section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 30, the figure “13” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 15.

SECTION 7. Sections 1 and 4 shall take effect on January 1, 2027.

SECTION 8. Sections 2 and 5 shall take effect on January 1, 2029.

SECTION 9. Sections 3 and 6 shall take effect on January 1, 2031.
