SECTION

1

The fifteenth paragraph of section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the third sentence and inserting in place thereof the following 2 sentences:-

There shall be a 1-time fee of $20 for such “VETERAN” plates in addition to the established registration fee for private passenger motor vehicles and motorcycles.

Such $20 fee shall not be charged upon renewal of such “VETERAN” plates.
