Bill H.3639

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 61B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 21, the words “and equine boarding” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- , equine boarding and the use of recreation vehicles as defined in section 20 of chapter 90B.

SECTION 2. Section 24N of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words “or section eight B” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- , section 8B or section 26A.

SECTION 3. Section 20 of chapter 90B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the definition of “Directly supervised” the following definition:-

“Emergency off-road vehicle”, any all-terrain vehicle, recreation utility vehicle, utility vehicle, recreation vehicle, off-highway vehicle or snow vehicle used by public safety personnel to respond to emergencies.

SECTION 4. Section 25 of said chapter 90B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “Except as hereinafter provided” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Except for emergency off-road vehicles and as hereinafter provided.
