Bill H.3696

Section 36 of Chapter 85 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended to add the following definition:-

For the purpose of this statute, the term “debris” shall include, but not be limited to, snow and/or ice.
