SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 93B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 281, the word " or".

SECTION 2. Said section 4 of chapter 93B, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 285, the word "withheld." and inserting in place thereof the following words:- withheld; or.

SECTION 3. Subsection d of said section 4 of chapter 93B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following clause:-

(4) to prohibit a purchaser of a motor vehicle from securing financing for the purchase of a motor vehicle from a source other than the motor vehicle dealer.
