Bill H.3807

The first paragraph of section 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence the following sentence:- The registrar’s examination of an applicant who is surrendering an operator’s license issued by another state or U.S. territory shall include the successful completion of the examination and driving test for a junior operator’s license provided in clause (d) of the second paragraph of this section.
