Bill H.3830

SECTION 1. The fourth sentence of section 6 of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “on or before November tenth in the year after such expenditures”, in lines 24 and 25, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- no later than 6 months after the date on which such expenditures are certified by the secretary.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect 2 years after it is enacted.
