By Representative Marsi of Dudley, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3868) of John J. Marsi and others that veterans benefits payments shall not be considered income for determining eligibility for other state services. Veterans and Federal Affairs.

Bill H.3868

Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, veterans benefits payments shall not be considered income for the purpose of determining eligibility for other services provided by the Commonwealth.
