Bill H.3954

The fourth paragraph of section 187 of chapter 94 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after clause Fourteenth the following clause:-

Fifteenth, if it contains xylitol, unless the label or labeling of such food contains a warning specifying the toxic effects of xylitol for dogs if ingested.
