Bill H.4027

Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 115 and 116, the words “or permanent loss of use of, both legs or both arms” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- or permanent loss of use of, 1 or both feet, or permanent loss of use of, 1 or both hands, or has been determined by the medical advisory board established under section 8C of chapter 90 to be permanently disabled.
