Bill H.4080

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 64A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 103, the figure “7½” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 7¾.

SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 64A, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 106, the figure “10” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 30.

SECTION 3. Section 1 of chapter 64J of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 36, the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 5.5.

SECTION 4. Said section 1 of said chapter 64J, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 39, the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 15.
