Bill H.4093

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 43 as appearing in the Acts of 2007 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the word “fortieth”and inserting in place thereof the following word: “forty-fifth”.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage
