Bill H.4116

Chapter 143 of the General Laws is here by amended by adding the following section:-

Section 102. A licensed construction supervisor or a registered design professional who is granted a building permit shall be responsible for the overall safety on a job site and shall ensure that all safety requirements at a job site are followed and implemented, including the requirements set forth in 29 C.F.R. 1926 and the state building code pursuant to this section.
