SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section 150 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- An employer who prevails in such an action shall be awarded the costs of the litigation and reasonable attorneys' fees.

SECTION 2. The first paragraph of section 1B of chapter 151 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the fourth sentence the following sentence:- An employer who prevails in such an action shall be awarded the costs of the litigation and reasonable attorneys' fees.

SECTION 3. The first paragraph of section 20 of said chapter 151, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the third sentence the following sentence:- An employer who prevails in such an action shall be awarded the costs of the litigation and reasonable attorneys' fees.
