By Representative Kilcoyne of Clinton and Senator Cronin, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4212) of Meghan K. Kilcoyne and John J. Cronin (by vote of the town) that the town of Lancaster be authorized to dissolve the animal control commission of said town. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]

SECTION 1. Chapter 179 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
