Bill H.4247

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding sections 20A or 20A½ of chapter 90 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the select board of the town of Hull may establish a schedule of fines for parking violations. The fines in said schedule shall not exceed $100, if paid within 21 days, nor shall they exceed $110, if paid thereafter, but before the parking clerk reports to the registrar, as provided in said section 20A½ of said chapter 90 and shall not exceed $150 after the violation has been reported to the registrar.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
