An Act authorizing the city of Lowell to prohibit or restrict the application of second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides
By Representative Howard of Lowell, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4266) of Vanna Howard and others (with the approval of the city council) that the city of Lowell be authorized to further regulate the application of second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides in said city. Bill H.4266

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 132B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the City of Lowell may by ordinance prohibit or restrict the application of second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides within the City of Lowell, including application of such pesticides by licensed commercial applicators as defined in 333 C.M.R. 10.00

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
