Bill H.4291

SECTION 1.

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Chatham shall be exempt from complying with sections 26 through 27G of chapter 149 of the General Laws for projects estimated to cost $50,000 or less.

SECTION 2.

This act shall take effect upon its passage.
