SECTION 1. Chapter 128 of the General laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 2B the following section:-

Section 2B1/2. Rodeos shall comply with all Official Rodeo Rules as appearing in the most recently published edition of the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association Rule Book. For the purposes of this section, “rodeo” shall be defined as “a competition or exhibition in which individuals compete by or showcase skills associated with traditional cowboy activities, including but not limited to bull riding, bronc riding, bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, calf roping, and team roping, and include the use of animals, including but not limited to bulls, steers, calves, broncs, and horses”.
