Bill H.485

SECTION 1. Subsection (p) of section 3 of Chapter 40G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following:-

; provided, further, that not less than 30 per cent of recipients be minority-owned businesses or businesses with boards composed of not less than 50 per cent minority members.

SECTION 2. Subsection (29) of Section 3 of Chapter 23G, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following:-

; provided, further, that not less than 30 per cent of recipients be minority-owned businesses or businesses with boards composed of not less than 50 per cent minority members.

SECTION 3. Subsection (22) of Section 4 of Chapter 23I, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following:-

; provided, further, that not less than 30 per cent of recipients be minority-owned businesses or businesses with boards composed of not less than 50 per cent minority members.

SECTION 4. Subsection (t) of Section 3 of Chapter 40W, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following:-

; provided, further, that not less than 30 per cent of recipients be minority-owned businesses or businesses with boards composed of not less than 50 per cent minority members.
