Bill H.5025

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the secretary of health and human services, in conjunction with the secretary of aging and independence, shall permit spouses to serve as paid caregivers in the MassHealth program upon the authorization of the home and community-based service waiver from the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services, pursuant to Section 1915(c) of the federal Social Security Act.
