Bill H.5141

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife shall not restrict over-sand vehicle access or other recreational activities on Massachusetts beaches on the basis of species that are not listed as endangered or threatened under the federal Endangered Species Act, 16 U.S.C. § 1531 et seq., by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
