Bill H.613

Section 1E of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the final sentence and inserting in place thereof the following:-

A copy of the frameworks shall be submitted to the joint committee on education, arts and humanities, and made publicly available on the board’s website, at least 60 days prior to taking effect.
