SECTION 1. Section 38G of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “commissioner;” in line 203, the words “or has held a provisional educator certificate and worked in an educational setting for at least five years;”
