Bill H.754

Section 38G of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as amended by section 217 of chapter 238 of the acts of 2024, is hereby further amended by inserting after the fourteenth paragraph the following paragraph:-

The board shall deny the certification or recertification of any administrator or educator if the applicant has a finding from the department of children and families of sexual assault or abuse of a child, regardless of the results of any background check conducted pursuant to section 38R.
