SECTION 1. Section 47C of chapter 51 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first paragraph the following:-

The state secretary shall honor requests for standard voter registration and voter history information in a timely fashion, with said information provided no later than one week after such request is made. During early voting periods, the state secretary shall maintain an updated list of registered voters who have cast early ballots, whether in person or by mail, and shall transmit this information to state party committees, via electronic mail, on a daily basis.

SECTION 2. Section 25B of chapter 54 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (k) the following subsection:-

(l) Not less than four times per year, the state secretary shall provide state party committees with a list of registered voters who have requested a vote by mail ballot.
